    Quick delivery, but item not as expected. First picture showed item complete, subsequent photos showed it missing a piece. Description didn't mention missing piece so assumed it came complete as per first photo. Reported to seller after delivery who offered to look for a spare to send, but then no communication for a month. Apart from missing piece, item is very good and as described and I'm very pleased. Moral: inspect all photos carefully and if unsure, check with this seller before purchase.

    The tripod arrived and is in great condition. It was sent quickly once purchased and packed very well. This was an excellent purchase. It was sent via a tracking company and I easily watched its progress each day. It arrived in good time from Great Britain to NZ.
