  Very responsive seller. There had been a little snafu with the shipping (all caused by the carrier), but I had an update, details, and a game plan should the package have been lost all within 24 hours. And then additional updates once the package was found and back in the carrier's system for delivery to me. Item arrived as described.

  Fast to ship/deliver, mail delivery person marked the box as damaged due to large dent & box was wet! However, all items inside were well protected with bubble packing & the wooden block was a bit damp & knives were exactly as shown/described in auction by seller! Some scratches in highly polished blades from previous use. Blades were dull but sharpened up very well. Son was very pleased with gifted set! GR8 seller to deal/communicate with,5*+++++. Feedback will be much appreciated!
