  I thought about this feedback for the last 5 weeks and decided negative fb is warranted. This seller has been selling for years and absolutely knows the rules. I ordered a battery that was almost same size around as AA battery and half the length. Paid $4 + free ship. Instead of shipping 1st class she tried putting it in a regular envelope with a stamp. When the post office said no, she Cancelled my order. People like this are why USPS Rates always go up! Please stop scamming the system!
