  Shipping and packaging was prompt and neat. The pants were listed as a women’s pant, but when it arrived, it had a men’s fly. Seller rectified the issue quickly and provided a refund. I am mildly disappointed to not find a women’s size of the item but am satisfied with their response and responsiveness to the issue.
