    I received my order incomplete and the seller started a force bad way I pay expensive money for 2 items received only one and the seller pretend I pay the interest shipping later in the communication sent to me the label and he pay only 10$ and I pay 25$ for shipping and 22.70 when the item arrive to USA. ISN'T EASY TRANSACTION. I find another seller with negotiable price and free shipping. 👎🏼 ohh and the seller pretending send one video of the unboxing isn't live fish dear seller 😡

    Dear Customer, sorry to hear you not happy, but we made a proposal for a partial refund for the missing bottle even we have sent you CCTV evidence we shipped 2 bottles not 1. But you choose for a complete refund and return the product. We send the return label and still waiting the product to return before payment. About the Import Duty Tax, you have to pay, this has nothing to do with us, but it is the new regulation of the US Government.
