This time tho, I guess bc it was a smaller/cheaper item, they didn’t box it up and instead shipped it in a small bubble wrap envelope. Weird bc the Q shockwave I ordered was bubble wrapped and boxed. This time both sides of the outer plastic shell on OP arrived cracked… sucks, but overall I’m still satisfied with my order and the price of everything.

I cast no blame on part of either TFSource or USPS. Team at TFSource were very helpful and professional throughout in resolving the matter as best they could. I cannot thank them enough truly.
