  The one good thing about my experience with this seller is that I was refunded. I never got the item! Even though the satisfaction rating for this seller is high, I was left feeling like they really don't care on a fundamental level. The item I purchased was several days overdue when I first contacted them through Ebay. I did receive an answer but it was a form type response. Subsequent communications in response to me all felt like there was "nobody home" if you get my drift.

  We’re a small, family-run business here in Texas, and we do our best to treat customers right. Shipping delays are beyond our control once a package leaves our hands, but we still issued a full refund. We tried to look into the issue, but instead of allowing a day or two, you pushed for an overnight replacement. All we ask for is a little patience in situations like this!
