  Legendary packaging, clean laptop better condition than expected, transaction was fast. Did not need to speak to seller, but I am sure they are professional. Ebay system kept me informed of delivery. Bidding was not aggressive on the model I got so the pricing was very good. Ad specs and description were correct and clear. They put the manufacturer codes in the details.

  Overall I am very happy with this purchase and I feel the laptop is at great value for the product. If you are looking for quick shipping that was not my experience as it was about a week before it shipped, one big plus though was how well the laptop was wrapped and packaged. I appreciate how the seller has all the details about the laptop in the description, including part conditions and specifications.

  The communication was a little late but he came through It was the wrong tracking number provided and it’s understandable While I was driving down a street to a place I always go to one day I made the wrong turn IT HAPPENS!!   It was as described, perfectly packed, he might took a day extra to ship but everything was fine and was on time, item was very clean from any kind of dust, i really appreciate it and A plus seller.

  I received a poorly assembled device, all the screws were loose and a hinge was broken. Apart from everything, I had to pay $50 to the technician to check it and he told me that the heatsink screws were loose. Apparently, they only sealed it to sell it. The lid cannot be assembled because it is broken. Bad seller.

In addition to that, we have clearly stated to report any issues with products or shipping damage within 48 hours of receiving your item. You have received the item on September 15th and contacted us Saturday September 19th. Generally, we are in doubt about your claim without any evidence, e.g. the report from a technician etc.
