The cars were all well packed, and the package arrived close to on time (FedEx issue resulted in a 1 day delay). The cars were all in the condition described and shown in the listing. This is a great Seller whom I have purchased from many times and have never been disappointed. Great communication and support when needed. I will continue to purchase from them.

There was missed communication. I was unclear how to proceed with the local pickup and the items were shipped. The Seller adjusted the shipping cost, and the US Post Office delivered the NEXT day. The items were as described and well packed. After all was done and said the transaction was positive.

Arrived undamaged . Seller honored my request to use a shipper other than USPS based on damaged items experienced in the past. I’d recommend and will use this seller again. The only other thing is in the future when shipping such heavy locomotives is double boxed them. Even though the item survived the trip undamaged the box was still crushed a bit. It’s worth the extra shipping.

To many of these were clearly not new. The engine I bought from this seller clearly was new exactly as advertised. The price was great, shipping was great, the box it came in was slightly crushed, but no damage was done account it was packed very well, unfortunately the color does not match my other Rock Island Rocket E unit. I did not know the Rock Island went to white instead of silver, not the sellers fault.

Like usual, upon completion of the sale, the trains were shipped out promptly and arrived a day earlier than initially stated. Upon opening the box, it was obvious the trains were packed securely to prevent damage in transit. All of the trains in this purchase, were as described and better condition than what the photos were showing. I feel, Texas Trains, gives you good value for your dollar.
