    Product were in as described description. Shipping ended up being almost a week early!! The devices were packed well. They were in a proper sized box and filled with packing peanuts. The value for the price was great. I got 2 for less than the price of most sellers were asking for 1. Thanks for a great experience! Would definitely buy from again.

    After receiving the wrong variant of the item, they told me to return it and they would send me back the right item. They did just that and then some, even paying out of their own pocket for 2-day shipping! Packaging was great and it was just as described! Plus a very good price for this item! Overall very pleased with the transaction and will shop with them again!

    Fast shipping and working wxactly as described! 100% worth the price!! Came packed in a box, but it was already stated that it did not have the original box. It packed very nicely and safely, thank you very much!

    Shipping was fumbled by the USPS-- an extra 5 days in limbo, at a postal facility 50 miles from my town. Packaging was great, except for the styrofoam peanuts (I can't believe people are still using those). Item was/is exactly as described by the seller, and the Duet 5 is a great value.

    Great service and phenomenal shipping time. the packaging was great, the laptop was wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and filled with peanuts. The laptop is as described and runs perfectly. the price was definitely worth it.

    Item came just as described. Item was a different version than what I ordered but reached out to the seller and he fixed this issue right away. Packaging was amazing and shipping was super fast.
