  The toner cartridge was delivered in a reasonable time period. Package appeared new and sealed. I always order before I run out, so I can tell how it prints. Disappointed that warranty is only 1 month after delivery. Hopefully it will work when I need it. It was very reasonably priced.

  Sent cyan after I ordered black, then needed photos! Then refused refund after he confirmed wrong color had been sent, - apparently because he didn't recognise his OUTER packaging for the return! So, in orde rto fool ebay, he got a postal receipt when he sent me back the cyan one! It IS true to say he had demanded photos of hits outer packaging and he does mention keeping outer packaging, which I had thrown away by the time I saw this supposed condition

  Ordered for testing a printer. Time from purchase to delivery was too long (11 days). Had to contact seller to find out why item was awaiting shipment by USPS for several days after purchase. Shipped 5 days after purchase with an apology. Item appears to be good quality, sadly the printer failed and is not usable.
