    Positive experience from start to finish. The meter is exaclty as described. The photos were very clear and helped assure me of exactly what i was getting. shipped quicker than expected. Communications were excellent and very quick to respond. Packaging was excellent - well protected and padded in a box. Bonus, it came with fresh alkaline batteries installed - thankyou.

    A couple shipping delays but they gave partial refunds. Great product for price. Packaging was legit. Only thing was I thought there would be backpack straps on the gun box.

    Very fast shipment, test leads appear to be high quality and are as advertised, the two test leads were well packaged in a box with packing material and arrived undamaged in new condition. Shipping was free.

    The shipping was considerate; they wrapped the carrying case which saved the carrying case and everything looks great and as described. I think I received a great deal on this.

    I am very pleased with the product and service from this supplier. The responded to questions promptly and throughly checked the unit prior to shipping. Their description of the meter's condition was conservative and it arrived in better condition than I expected. I would certainly consider purchasing from them again
