USPS told me must not of been packaged properly, and that why the envelope ripped. I've had similar issues with USPS this past year, this being the second damaged envelope, but instead of the card being bent badly the cards were lost from the envelope.. USPS doesnt want to take any responsibility, which is real frustrating for me and the seller. The seller refunded me, and was very apologetic. I will buy from them again!!!

I send the seller a message asking if the order is shipping out soon. This seller didn't have the common courtesy to respond to my message. The tracking finally shows the item in transit on Sep. 15 and it was just delivered today on Sep. 18. I was away from Aug 31 through September 8th. My vacation settings were turned on, and it clearly stated cards would not be shipped until at least Sept 9th
