    eBay and USPS mixed up and told me it was delivered four days ago and I was worried that I couldn't shop on eBay because it said I got it in the mailbox and yet I didn't . Item and sellers were very good. Perfect communication.

    Excellent, friendly, quick, communication from seller. Fragile, old item was packaged well, lots of bubble wrap but think a screw came loose in shipping, caused damage. Just an unfortunate accident. I contacted right away & sent pictures. Seller made refund process easy and quick. Recommend seller & would buy from again, even included a necklace charm so, at least had that as consolation. ;-)

Every detail of the packaging reflected care and quality. the item was delivered in excellent condition, with no signs of mishandling. product looks brand new for a superb value.
