  The seller mistakenly marked size 15" instead of 13", when I received it , disappointed. So I contact the seller who have had no second word, and willing to give me back all payment. though I offered shipping cost, I felt like a steal. The platter has no defect, looks new.   Wonderful experience! The dishes were well packed and arrived safely just as described. Although, the outer boxes showed that USPS didn't handle them as if the contents were fragile. I'm so grateful that the extra wrapping precautions were used.
