  Seller was very quick to respond when I had questions and product was as advertised. There were some other small damages that weren't well pictured but did not affect the functionality of the unit at all. The pricing was very fair and they were fair with offer/counteroffer haggle. Unit was packaged better than what would come factory, and shipping was fast and painless. 9/10 experience and will do buisness with them again if the need arises

  Had a little trouble with shipping company losing package, but seller was right on it and got a replacement right out to me, only took two days. Packaging was bomb proof, excellent job. Was as described, and great price can't wait to hook it up.

  I want to point out your shipping and packaging was brilliant. Finding the foam filled box probably one of the best means of re-packaging I've ever come across. The Rinnai water heater was well protected, and survived shipping perfectly, and unboxed completely mess free! Shipping was great, and your replies to my LP/NG concerns were prompt and accurate. The product was exactly as described, and exactly what was needed. Thank you, and will keep an eye on your products for any future needs!

  shipping of the product was not good. would expect that they would have taken better care of the product than to simply tape all the previously open boxes together and ship them that way. the pipe was damaged and 1 was damaged beyond use. they did give the refund of the item. the product itself is great value, the appearance of packages was not good. again, the seller did respond in a timely manner. would recommend the seller if they change the way the items are shipped.

  Poor packaging. Item arrived with internal and external damage. Attempted discussion with seller and provided photographs of damage and was told "all damage you're showing me was in the listing". This is despite the listing not having any photographs of the internals so this is self-evidently false. For the significant damage it has compared to the MSRP it ended up being a poor value of money saved on a discount.

  Customer reached out to let us know of the damage to this item. We immediately responded with an apology for the damage and told him to open a return so we can get him a return label for shipping. We did also mention that all the damage was pictured and listed in the listing. We power each unit on but no other testing is done, this is why we offer free returns.
