  I bought the ecu but the seller doesn't want to send it. I've suggested several solutions, but the seller is completely closed. I don't recommend it!

  You bought ECU with delivery to Switzerland. I'm not sending there, because if there is a delivery there will be customs and tax, and if there is a return, I will have to pay customs and tax. I don't want that risk. You wrote that delivery to Germany, but you can't deliver other than to the Ebay address. I wrote all that.

  No communication and when I contacted them they did not return message they just refunded after waiting weeks for parts. To this day I do not know where the parts are

  I wrote to you earlier and you did not respond. The offer states that the part is after regeneration for exchange, you must return the old part.
