  The Seller is Absolutely Amazing, she offered to make me a Custom Replacement Vase after the first one got broken in the mail. She kept me updated on the complete process from begin to the end.   I have ordered many times from this seller. I love everything I've gotten and have also bought for gifts. Her work is beautiful. She packs everything really well and everything I have bought arrived in perfect condition. If you are looking for hand painted items, this is the place to get it. I love large mugs for tea and have ordered several for myself and as gifts. I also got a beautifully painted vase to give as a gift. Check out this site and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

  Again never received merchandise and was told both times merchandise had been sent/mailed, but never received and it was always and excuse provided due to personal issues. The point of the matter is the monies were paid out and accepted and the merchandise was never received or showed it ever got out of the sellers state and was returned and never sent again even though the seller stayed it was. When I investigated the items it never was mailed out again by seller. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

  My apologies you never received the vases. I've replied to this feedback 3-4 times, not sure why it keeps disappearing. As I stated at the time, after your vases got returned for postage due, I sent you the Post Office receipt verifying that your vases shipped out again on 10/21 and I am not responsible for the fact that the Post Office lost your vases. While I understand your disappointment, your money was REFUNDED in full so I'm not sure why you felt the need to post such a horrible review.
