  Things Happen in this world's when I e-mailed this company asking where my item was they got right back to me (within a half hr) and being it might have slipped through the cracks, the nice customer service apologized and sent me a DOUBLE ORDER. When it comes to customer service, you can not beat that..AAAAAA+++++++ Great communicationAAAAA+++++++great fair priced products..Thank you... Highly recommend and wish there were more Companies like them!!!

  This seller gets 10 out of 5 stars. Let me explain. When my item arrived it was not what I expected. I was upset. I sent them an email expressing my feelings. I did not expect a response, I was wrong. Not only did they respond quickly but they also discovered an error in shipping. They emediateky took steps to fix the problem and satisfy my frustration. Great cumunication, great value, great quality and great customer service. I was wrong to jump to conclusions. GREAT SELLER. Thank you.

  Disgusting attitude towards customers! I ordered a strap - 10 days - 0 response. I asked for help - they sent it in 13 days! I received the strap in 18 days (normal delivery time in the USA - is 3-4 days). The strap did not match the description and photo. I contacted the seller - the seller promised to fix everything. The result - a month of time, and I did not receive my order! I have never seen such a careless attitude! I highly do not recommend! Do not buy from this seller!!!

  Seller has one of the best collection of vintage Nike watches available for sale. Had an issue with shipping, but when I contacted the seller they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Product received. Quality is better than I hoped, it’s 20 years old but looks like new. Price was lower than competitor listings, even with this one being in much better condition than any other listings I could find.

  SEE PHOTOS. The seller waited almost 10 days to ship these watch bands, then sent the wrong ones. When I contacted them to tell them that they sent the wrong bands, they got nasty with me and said that the bands that they sent are great and that I should be happy with them. They said they don't have the bands in the picture. I need the exact Timex band that I ordered for my Marlin. I have plenty of generic bands. I wanted an original, as shown in the ad. Very unprofessional seller. SEE PHOTOS.
