  Ordered a large stand for my Goliath watch, sadly and my fault I hadn’t read the description and when it arrived my watch didn’t fit. But the seller offered to take the item back and make me a bespoke stand to fit my watch! All done very quickly with great communication and a fantastic service.   Item just delivered , exactly as described. Rather poor delivery performance by Royal Mail tracked, 4 working days from local sorting office to being delivered; 7days door to door. Helpful and positive communications with the vendor when it was thought package may have gone astray

  SELLER RESOLVED ISSUE FAST AND EFFECTIVLY! I first ordered this item at the start of December and it never arrived as it was lost in the post. Seller sent a new one right away and it arrived 3 days after second package was sent. Issue was not the fault of the seller but they communicated well, were honest and resolved issue. Thank you and would highly recommend ! Item is very good quality and better than the pictures. Clean cut and quality wood.
