  Seller sent me a UPC or QVC, whatever the code is, there was no number underneath it and deliver person won't take it due to no number. I went all the way there to try and return it for nothing. I would never want to buy what looked like a thrift store product that may have previously been used by somebody else first. I have ordered some of the stuff like this and ended up returning them due to seeing what looked like bed bug dots and skins on them.

  This is not my transaction I did not send any sort of code, or would I send an item like is being described here this individual is not commenting on the item sent by me she is upset because someone sent her a bad code and she couldn't return it. I issued this person a refund on another item and i gave her a full refund when i received the item

  Hat was damaged and seller was more than accommodating she let me keep the hat because the return label showed complete on my end would definitely buy from again
