    I was looking for a replacement device after I unceremoniously managed to spill a large amount of liquid into my own device. This device was as described, and it arrived well packed and on time. Given the number of devices this seller has processed, things happen. As a person in IT, I wasn't disappointed that the display was defective on the new unit. Because, well, it happens. I initiated a return, and it was processed quickly and painlessly without issue. I would buy again from seller.

    Item was as advertised, “like new.” Had a couple of small scratches in a couple of places but fell within the condition listed by the seller. Arrived on time and seller was quick to respond to a question I had. I would buy from this seller again.

    Excellent customer service from this seller. The unit appeared brand new in the original package, however one earpiece had a factory defect that would not allow the cable to stay attached. Seller sent me an RA shipping label and promptly refunded my funds as they no longer had the item in stock to send me a replacement.
