  The first lens cover was appropriately packaged between two pieces of cardboard to protect the fragile glass. However in spite of that it was received cracked. I contacted the seller and included a photograph of the cracked glass, and they very kindly sent out a replacement immediately. I was able to complete the installation without incident. Excellent and prompt service!

  I received both blue button sets. The purple one came in on the same day. I had a 17 day wait for the blue set, the second set was 5 days and the purple set was 4 days. The problem was addressed and tried to make it right really quick and easy. The vendor was courteous and helpful. I will be happy to buy from this company again. Shipping goofed this time. Thank you for your help and time
