    The seller was incredibly kind and accommodating. I agreed to the price and next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived damaged. I suspect it was mishandled in the warehouse. I took photos of the damaged glass and promptly agreed to send a new parcel. The seller was very positive and apologized for the inconvenience, even though it wasn’t his fault. A day later, the seller informed me that the parcel wouldn’t be delivered on time due to the pre-Christmas rush and issued a full refund.
