    Very very satisfied with the seller. It practically looks brand new. Battery health at 86% exactly as described when I asked them on chat. Postage was fast, packaging was great. Exactly as described and I’d say even better than described. Cuz like, they said there are minor scratches on the back… you’d need a microscope for those. I just wish they’d be more responsive on chat but still, amazing value. 150£ for a thinkpad t14s looking nearly brand new is absurd. Thanks guys!

    Wow! This seller is awesome. The postage was great, the packaging was top notch. The product was exactly as described and superb value for money. The seller communication was second to none and they couldn't do enough to answer questions and help with aftersales queries. I have added them to my save list and will use them again for more products. I really was impressed by the level of customer service I received from these guys. You don't get this level of care and quality in the high street! TY

    A * Ebayer. Excellent communication throughout the purchasing process, and super accommodating as I was unable to pick up the item due to unforseen circumstances and they helped navigate the process. It was sent and arrived very quickly, was very well packed, and crucially worked as advertised with minimal installation challenges once I plugged it in. Genuinely these kind of e-bayers make the circular economy pleasurable and a no brainer.

    Despite the product having defects the seller was quick to deliver, extremely well communicative and apologised profusely. The quality of packing was incredible and very safe, the appearance was as described in the description, and the price was amazing. Would reccomend this amazing seller to all those after a very fairly priced laptop and amazingly attentive caring seller. Will definetly be back.
