Both the original order and replacement were destroyed in shipping due to inadequate packaging. I reached out to the seller after the first requesting an exchange. They instead made me go through an arduous return process. I then made abundantly clear that I needed my replacement order packaged properly and was finally told that the request had been relayed, however, the replacement package was worse than the first - no packaging, box flattened in shipping.
