  Unfortunatley the part was defective but the seller accepected the return no questions asked. I was happy with the appearance and quality of part and it was a good deal. I wish the seller had a replacement part. I would definately deal with this seller again.

  Seller made an error in their listing that was incorrect for the application. When I contacted them and explained the situation, they offered little and became accusatory as if it were our mistake not theirs. I found them to be arrogant and somewhat condescending, flaunting their 20 years of experience as making them infallible. They are severely lacking in customer service skills! There is more to a resolution than simply saying send it back Every resolution I proposed they rejected!

  Return was agree by seller, buyer mended refund with out return the item back to seller, buyer never make return request yet, he is misusing eBay return policy and looking for free ride, item was listed correctly, we are in motorcycle industry for long time and we know what we have on hand
