  Good: The quality is decent for the price, and you get what you pay for. The Packing was excellent, very well protected. Also these people are very communicative and provide good customer service. Improvable: Although some parts could be made stronger, such as the hook for locking the door. Overall I would buy it again without any hesitation. PS. Delivered to the UK on the 30/06/2025, I didn't have to pay extra tax or anything related to "customs".

  fab stove everything we wanted, great contact and even told us we would have to pay import duty and did owe want to continue, it was £91 for import duty but still worth every penny thank you so much and highly recommend this seller !

  This Item was exactly as expected, The description and photos were spot on. The sellers communication was good. The stove is now plumbed in and working without problems. I have not dealt with this seller before, but would do so again. Tracking it across Europe was interesting, but it arrived two days earlier than expected. Yes, I had to pay import VAT, but that was expected, from the listing details. Great product, Great seller. 5*

  Fantastic transaction! I bought this on behalf of a friend who doesn't do the internet, for installing in his shepherd's hut. It took only 9 days to travel from Bulgaria to England. Absolutely stress free from start to finish. Excellent value. Courteous communication. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

  Item came as promised quick delivery. Still in it's packing until required. Waiting for invoice from tnt/FedEx to come so all is sorted. I have been in contact and told invoice will be sent. Happy with purchase there invoice was attached to pallet. Seem like a good company to purchase from.happy with them.
