    Laptop arrived very well packed with free next day delivery. The computer had been refurbed to a very high standard and was 'excellent' as described. Great value for money for a laptop with a top specification. Absolutely extremely well pleased with my purchase and John's customer service is second to none. Will definitely deal again!

    A professional job from start to finish. I was very impressed by the help and advice given by this firm. Explanation on how to package and prepare my item for delivery and all delivery details taken care of.A phone call to confirm that the item had arrived and been assessed and the item shipped back as good as new. I am impressed!

    The laptop arrived very quickly but unfortunately it wasn't working properly. The seller's communication was spot on and made the return and refund very easy. 5 stars for the great level of service

    Great service battery better than when new first class would use again for my other batterys only problem was UPS pick up and delivery went to 3 shops to post that said on there website no problem we print labels but they did not that bit was not so good will never use them for my parcels but battery servce first class*****
