  Got this product today. Was having trouble with tracking showing that it had been in the same place for awhile. Messaged the seller and they replied quickly. And took care of the problem. Don’t know if this is the same item that was stuck in transit or if they sent me another one. But problem solved. Thank you very much for the good customer service.

  Everything shipped well packed and quick enough, the cable cutter was of a higher grade then the ad's pictures reveled, plus, the price was more then fare. Not much else to say, Happy camper here. thx y'all.

  The seller was fantastic. Part was shipped within 24 hours of when I ordered it. Then it SAT in New York for almost TWO WEEKS!!! By the time I got it, I had worked around it, and didn't need it any more. Would do business again with seller, but use ANY shipper BUT USPS.
