  This seller did a great job with the turnaround, communication and the repair. The item was returned quickly and was actually operational when I reinstalled it in the wall oven. Would definitely use his service again if the need arises. Great transaction!

  The seller is not honest too many lie about the unit you blame me that the unit was open and we had never opened. It promised to fix it did not fix it. I sent it somewhere else and they fix it right away. I lost $100 ian a week of time. The two to get it back from this is scam not recommended big liar.

  You did not contact us before placing your order, so we promised you nothing. You sent a working unit that did not need repair. We tested the unit and returned it to you and made a partial refund minus return shipping and testing. It is your responsibility to do a proper diagnostic before purchasing the repair service.
