I purchased a new card and could not get product to work still. Emailed foxwell customer service and was very unimpressed. Decided to return product to seller and he was very helpful. Not all products are great on eBay so you'd better have a good seller which I did. Not buying anything fowell again but 100% recommend this seller. Auto diagnostics uk
