I can recommend the seller for cooperation, he answered all questions quickly.   Seller did not package my collectible at all! Said that the box it was in was a shipping box even after I told him that it was part of the collectible. Just like the shoebox for a pair of Jordans, or the box that a Rolex watch would come in. You don’t just put shipping stickers all over a collectible’s box thinking that it’s ok. I tried contacting the seller. He brushed it off as if it was nothing. Buyers beware ; seller is clueless.

  Hi, The box wasn't sold, the figure was. Otherwise it would have been listed that the box is included as a collectible. I would appreciate you not being so aggressive next time, thanks!

  Stated as brand new but when package arrived the product was open. Reached out to the seller but they blamed the manufacturer. I then reached back out to try and remedy the situation but was ignored. I guess they figure it happens. Well, so do negative reviews.

  Hi, I was more than willing to help, but please don't expect a reply during the weekend. Thanks. As far as the seal, yes the toys are DISCONTINUED and are made poorly by the manufacturer. It was NOT OPENED. The seal at the top unsealed as per your photos. Have a great day
