They offered compensation for shippers bad handling. Instalation was pretty straight forward. All parts lined up nicely. Sound is good. Thoaty but not obnoxious. Sounds like a wrx now. Louder than stock exhaust which I wanted, but doesn't deafen the riders in the car. So 5 stars to both seller and dna motoring.
