    The item was packaged very well and matched the description perfectly, including the one loose button. I am pleased with the great jacket I received for my money; it was pre-owned and from Saks Fifth Avenue, a respected brand. The shipping took a bit longer due to the rainy season, which delayed my package by three days. There was no error or mistake on the seller's part—just bad weather. This seller deserves five stars! If you see something you like from them, just go ahead and buy it.

    Quick shipping from the seller, but USPS bounced this item up and down the east coast taking seven days to deliver it in what should have been four days. Seller was VERY accommodating and went over the top in packing this fragile item to arrive safely. That's likely the only thing that prevented it from being broken and damaged. A very nice piece at an affordable price and very reasonable shipping cost. An truly outstanding seller to work with. It was a pleasure! Thank you for all your effort!!

    Shipping was timely, packaged well, as described - "new," great price. I really like this item for my makeup. VERY difficult to find a replacement equivalent to this. I was so glad to have found it on ebay. I would use this seller again.

    When I checked negative it was to do with the product not the seller. The seller was quick to send out the product and accept the product return quickly and without question. I would certainly do business with this seller again. The negative feedback was in no way a reflection on the seller. Sorry if I conveyed this by checking negative .
