  Hi, We apologize you had a bad experience with our company. Unforatunatelly, you had purchased 10K gold 4mm ring and asked for 14K Gold 6mm ring, which is higher price. And we have sent you payment request to cover price difference but you refused to pay and ask as to cancel the order which we did same day. Refunds are handled by EBAY.
