    Very prompt dispatch and delivery - arrived within 48 hours after placing order. Excellent communication - I needed to ask seller a question about the item and was replied to within an hour.     Good communication throughout and even a thank you card in the package, which was a nice touch. The quality seems very good, but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. The price was good value too and as described. The one small detail, which wasn't too much of a problem was, it arrived a day later than given.

    Received by carrier, EVRi, in 3days. 12x Wire Brushes, metal type, with Red Plastic handles and wavy brass wire bristles. All 12 look As New & Un-used. No makers branding, but with seller's label. As listed and as shown in photos. All brushed loose, inside an over-sized, seller branded, cardboard box, with no other packing to secure & locate the brushes & sealed with very little brown tape & 1 loose piece of banding. One of the most poorly packed & secured parcels I have ever received.

    Great broom. However EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Due to delivery company error, both the seller and I thought the item was lost. Seller sent out replacement straight away and made contact with the delivery company to sort the issue out. Original broom then turned up the next day. Contacted the seller to confirm receipt and replacement was cancelled. Completely smooth engagement with seller, just as it should be 👍👌👍

    As described. Arrived quickly. Box sort of untapped but plastic ties kept all in place (doesn’t matter cos it arrived). Fabulous price. Would buy from seller again.

    Good quality. Great value.Damaged in transit so not delivered. Contacted seller and quick response and replacement sent out, arriving in 2 days. Great small company. I recommend for customer service and care I will be buying from them again
