    Very good communications. Unfortunately this item did not make it to my house. Somewhere along the way USPS dropped the box and the item broke out of the box. I did get the box and saw where it was taped back together. I took photos and contacted the seller, he immediately generated a refund for the total amount plus shipping. Stand up seller, thank you!

    Great lower unit. Received as advertised. Had an issue with ups tcs handled it promptly and had a quick solution. Great service awesome product quick responses to emails. Fit correctly on my 2021 f115. Ran the boat today no problems. I will buy from again as needed. Lightning fast shipping.

    Unparalleled customer service! Ordered a replacement ECU for our DF50. Unfortunately when it arrived here in Panama, it didn’t work. Contacted Eddie and he refunded the entire purchase without requiring me to return it to the US.
