  I initially received the wrong card from the seller. I messaged them and got a quick response and an explanation for the mishap. They offered a satisfactory resolution and were very keen on rectifying the posting error. Package was dispatched immediately when a resolution was agreed and delivered correctly and promptly.   The card I received had a crease on the front, which was not visible in the pictures so the condition was not exactly as described. However, communication with the seller went smoothly and they offered the options for partial or full refund and I went with a partial refund. I appreciate the quick response from the seller and the desire to make sure the customer is satisfied with the purchase.
