  Circa 1958-1960 VLINDER MATCH BOOK cover (In full color) of FRANK SINATRA arrived in a rigid envelope, protected in hard-case, personal note included, and ON-TIME. This VLINDER "card" was probably hand cut from the top of a large matches box.
