  Super prompt delivery of an incredibly heavy, fragile item. Really well packed. In fact so well packed I won’t open it until the new year. Highly recommend the seller who prior to purchase kindly answered all of my questions.

  The parcel was dispatched within the estimated time frame, and I appreciate the value and accurate description of the items. However, I am very disappointed with the packaging. It’s clear that the packaging chosen was far too small to accommodate both items properly. While the seller attempted to fit them all by unpacking one of the items, the box was still too tight. As a result, one of the items arrived broken, and the second item’s box shows visible dents due to the pressure.

  Hi there, one is sold boxed, one is open as new other. I'm sorry it arrived damaged, it may have been easier for you to contact me and i could have sent a replacement. I have sold many of these with no similar issues, however at this time of year couriers can be a little more careless due to the increased load so it's always likely 1% will get mistreated. All the best.
