    Sellers gad issues with item so offered a refund as they didn't want to send out a faulty item.. took over a week to get the refund issued even though they were the ones who offered it

    The first scarf I received was sadly damaged, but seller was fantastic and quickly sent out a replacement that was perfect. Selle's service and communication was exceptional.

    I order this SD card and realised it was the wrong card for my camera I canceled the order and the seller was excellent canceled the order and refunded me if it was the correct SD card I would of happily delt with this seller great communication speedy responses

    Buyer contacted me after purchase and stated when checking the product to send out for delivery they noticed the chairs were damaged and then proceeded to ask me if I would like to get a refund or purchase the damaged items. I asked for a refund. Still waiting to hear back. It really is poor service as now I have to wait for a refund to purchase other chairs and wait, again. Please don't advertise products if they are faulty and be more organised, there really is no excuse.

    Did not send me the items I paid for. Sent other cheaper items instead. They responded after a few days to ask for the transaction number and then said they needed more time. Been a week since last message. Asked if they want the wrong items they sent me to be returned. Nothing. Getting a refund from PayPal.
