  The first order turned up empty the packaging was ripped. I messaged them and another order was shipped out the next day. No questions asked. Now this is proper customer service. I have saved this seller as the product is really good quality and my boots came out all clean

  I did not receive my item, so got in touch with the seller, who immediately sent out another one, I received the replacement, but the following day i received the original, there must have been a problem with Royal Mail, so big thanks to the seller for responding so quickly. Great seller
