    Horrible seller, item arrived damaged was never tested as advertised. USBC port was damaged and did not properly charge headset. Contacted seller on issue in order to initiate a return, and they did not communicate anything at all and only tired to offer me a 15 dollar refund for a 50 dollar item. Had to go through eBay to initiate the return process, the way this seller does business feels unprofessional and untransparent. Buy somewhere else

    He sent me a broken pair of headphones when the pictures show it not broken and expected me to keep it because he said "AS IS" in the ad. Good people don't do business that way on Ebay. Ebay has a good reputation for making sellers have integrity.

    Hair dryer advertised as new. Received beat up used dryer missing two attachments. Was refunded half and promised a new one when I contacted seller after old dryer heated up and turned off when trying to used. Have waited a week, no communcation.
