I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday. An easy 5 mins job to fit half the price of a new tap and saved groveling under the sink.

Unfortunately I had ordered parts for the wrong tap, but their customer support was excellent and I was able to return the items for a refund.

Received two exactly the same cartridges. Both cartridges were exactly the same as £5.99 for two cartridges from China. Exactly the same. After contacting to complain I was assured they were not the same.... THEY WERE THE SAME. Buy the cheap ones and miss out these charlatans.
