  Incorrect part ordered, due to multitude of variations available. Seller picked up on this very quickly and offered to help find the correct replacement. After some communications, seller was able to advise what item no. I needed, so all was sorted quickly. Excellent service all round. Very Happy 😊

  Very good service. I sent a question mid day Wednesday and got a reply soon after. I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday. An easy 5 mins job to fit half the price of a new tap and saved groveling under the sink.

  The parts were as ordered and the quality looked to be very good. They were delivered (well packed) very quickly. Unfortunately I had ordered parts for the wrong tap, but their customer support was excellent and I was able to return the items for a refund.

  Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I ordered the tap cartridges around lunchtime one day and thet arrived in the post next morning, how's that for service! The items were just as described and fitted perfectly, so no more dripping tap! Will totally recommend this seller. Thanks.
