  Packaging was sub-par, the machine arrived damaged. Seller was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my concerns. They overnighted parts to fix the damages that occurred in shipping. The machine works great for my needs and is well worth what I paid for it. The description was accurate, and I would buy from this seller again. A-

  The seller sent the wrong machine/equipment. I submitted a return request through eBay, and the seller told me the only way I could return the equipment was if I provided my PayPal account details so they could purchase/refund the cost of the label. This seller is fraud and should be banned from eBay. I will have to contact my credit-card company to file a chargeback claim now.
