    Received today. Shipping seem a bit long, but it was packaged fine. The item was described as new but you can tell it has been used a little. Item was opened when I unboxed it and the rocks that came with it was everywhere. It had water ring on the rose colored fountains. It's described as quiet, but it really isn't. The motor in it is kind of loud while running. Not sure that's a seller issue however. It works, but I Probably should have read reviews of the product before buying.

    I apologize for the misunderstanding. I don't understand how the box was open and how the rocks from the sealed plastic bag became exposed. As you mentioned, the package was fine.
