  Item is described as “New-Open Box” and is FAR from it. It arrived filthy with dirt and hair, and also broken. It also came with no lubricant, which is not mentioned at all in the ad. I do not recommend this seller, primarily for the false advertisement, in its entirety. Nothing was as promised.

  Product arrived dead and not working. Seller helped troubleshoot and when it couldn’t be fixed arranged for a refund. Customer service above and beyond. Thanks for the help. I wish the radio had worked but appreciate your making it right.
