  The items were what I ordered, two Swiss Army Knives, and arrived in new condition in perfect packaging which I appreciated because I intend them as gifts for my teen-age grandsons. The price of the items was very fair. The seller shipped them immediately after my order was made and they arrived on time. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

  Although this is literally the first BRAND NEW Yealink phone we have purchased (all others have been used), due to a FACTORY issue, it will not properly register no matter what we tried. This is NOT a reflection against the Seller, however, who immediately accepted the return request and processed the refund once verified it was in USPS tracking, which is over an above customer service. The price was very good, and it was obviously new and perfect looking. I will definitely do business again.

  After contacting the seller about a question the seller promptly replied with useful information. The item was recieved as expected - the vinyl record was in good / great shape even though the jacket was not. But the jacket condition was clearly identified as damaged in seller's photos. There was no deception and I got what I paid for. That's all I can ever ask.
